Our lettuce is thriving in this week’s rain. The gigantic heads have incredibly delicate leaves, and not a single one has bolted! Have you ever tried the “flashy trout back” variety? Come by to see for yourself or visit us at McCarthy’s farmers’ market on Saturday afternoon.
