Kick off Memorial Day Weekend with WMC friends in McCarthy and help give the Old Hardware Store some love! There are always projects that need doing on the WMC campus as we prepare to open a new summer season. This year, we are delighted to have our new Facilities Specialist, Stephens Harper, leading our workday!

Coffee, drinks, snacks, and a big pot of soup provided. Bring your own gloves and water bottle.

All skill levels welcome. Come for the day or stay for a few hours.

 2025 Workday Party Tasks

Collect all campus junk and prepare for hauling

Collect all burnable wood/scraps, organize wood shed, chop firewood

Reinforce tent platform

Stain tent platforms

Clip or lop young cottonwoods, willows, roses, etc. along trails and around buildings

Plant veggie and flower starts

Build compost swinging door

Install drywall inside generator room (power shed)

Help Moz on West Side property to deconstruct tent platform and collect firewood and clean property grounds
